Scale III (Senior Manager)	54	B.E./B.Tech/MCA in IT/CS/ECE + 3–5 Years Experience. Risk: Graduate + PG in Finance/Risk/Economics. Fintech, Data Engineer, Security: Experience in respective field.
Scale II (Manager)	46	B.E./B.Tech/MCA in IT/CS/ECE + Experience. Law Officer: LLB + 2 Years Exp. Civil/Electrical Engineer: B.Tech in respective branch. Finance & Accounts: CA/CMA/MBA Finance. Data Scientist / Info Security / Fintech: Relevant Experience.
